Help for a Better Future

FAST helps families and those 0 - 21 years of age through our different levels of Individualized Service and Support Teams (ISSTs). We meet you where you're at, connect you with what you need, and facilitate collaboration with all your helpers. We also ensure that your information stays confidential and is shared only with those you choose. FAST has supported youth and families that have wanted to do better with:

  • Mental Health or Health Needs
  • Challenging behaviors at Home or School
  • Drug and Alcohol Usage
  • Parenting
  • Family Dynamics
  • Educational Needs
  • School Attendance
