Family Advocacy Support Team

Who We Are

The Family Advocacy Support Team (FAST) is a community outreach promoting safe, healthy, and successful families. FAST provides connection and coordinated services for children and youth ages 0 - 21 and their families who have or need assistance from multiple agencies.

FAST is also Gunnison County's Collaborative Management Program (CMP). The Collaborative Management Program (CMP) was created in 2004 by the passage of House Bill 04-1451. Gunnison County opted to form their local CMP in 2009. CMPs across the state are tasked to promote and encourage local collaboration for the purpose of improved services and better outcomes for the children, youth, and families that we serve. To learn more about CMPs visit the CDHS website.
