Regulations
Gunnison County residents and visitors enjoy the dark skies of our mostly-rural landscape. Regulations for the unincorporated areas of Gunnison County are included within Section 13-114: EXTERIOR LIGHTING of the Gunnison County Land Use Resolution, are intended to protect those dark skies while ensuring that property owners are able to have lighting systems that provide adequate security.
