Contact the food pantry or food bank located closest to you to determine what assistance they can offer. A list of the food pantries and food banks located in Gunnison and Hinsdale counties can be found by clicking on the "Food Pantries/Food Banks for SNAP Recipients and Those Affected" tabbed section. If you are unable to connect with an organization outside of their operating hours, call Health & Human Services at (970) 641-3244 Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) between 9 am and 4 pm for emergency assistance.
