GUNNISON
Tuesday, September 30, 3:00-6:00 pm
Location: Health & Human Services (Spruce Street)
Drive-thru and walk-up options. Parking for the walk-up clinic is in the Spruce Street parking lot.
CRESTED BUTTE
Thursday, October 9, 3:00-5:30 pm
Location: Queen of All Saints Parish Hall
Indoor clinic only; parking is available in front of and around the Parish Hall property, or a short walk from Elk Ave.
