NOTICE OF MEETING
The Gunnison County Board of Equalization will hear appeals to review the assessment roll of all taxable property located in Gunnison County, as prepared by the Gunnison County Assessor, and to hear appeals from determinations of the Gunnison County Assessor beginning on September 1st, 2025 to November 1st, 2025.
Persons wishing to appear before the Gunnison County Board of Equalization to protest their property value determinations made by the Gunnison County Assessor must send the proper appeal forms to the County Administration Office, 200 East Virginia Avenue, Gunnison, CO 81230 postmarked or hand delivered no later than 5:00 pm on September 15th, 2025 for real and personal property. Appeals with attached scans of the proper appeal forms may also be delivered via email to CBOE@gunnisoncounty.org
The Gunnison County Board of Equalization will not hear appeals from persons who have failed to file a timely protest with the Assessor.
