The hearings will be scheduled to take place in the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room from August 1st, 2025 to September 1st, 2025.
Persons wishing to appear before the Gunnison County Board of Equalization to protest their denied Senior Citizen or Disabled Veteran tax exemption made by the Gunnison County Assessor must send notification of the intent to appeal with supporting documents to the County Administration Office at 200 East Virginia Avenue, Gunnison, CO 81230 postmarked or hand delivered no later than 5:00 pm on August 15th, 2025.
Appeals with attached scans of the intent and supporting documents may also be delivered via email to CBOE@gunnisoncounty.org.
