Invitation to Bid

Gunnison County is expanding the cell at the Gunnison County Landfill. As part of this expansion, the following work will be required:

• Extension of geosynthetic liner system in Phase 2, Modules 1 and 2 from approximate elevation

8040 feet to 8070 feet.

The County is requesting bids for the above work. Bid packets will be available via Gunnison County’s website, www.gunnisoncounty.org, after Thursday, May 18, 2023. All questions regarding bid documents should be directed to Michael Pretti at and will not be accepted after Wednesday, May 31, 2023. No phone questions will be accepted. All prospective bidders will receive electronic copies of contractor questions with appropriate Gunnison County responses by Tuesday, June 6, 2023.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting followed by a mandatory site walk-through of the project area will be held at the Gunnison County Public Works Department office on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.
