The Personnel Board shall be comprised of one member of the Board of County Commissioners, the county assessor, the county clerk and recorder, the county sheriff, the county treasurer and the county coroner, who shall all serve by virtue of their elected positions and for the term of their office. An elected official may designate another employee, in writing, to act in his / her behalf.

Purpose & Duties
It is the role of the Personnel Board to assist in the administration of the personnel policies. This includes making recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners for changes to the Policies.
The Personnel Board may review the employee benefit package from time to time and make recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners on changes. Responsibilities also include determining use of the sick leave bank.
